Grown in the mountains of northern Valle del Cauca, this fully washed coffee benefits from rich volcanic soil, high altitudes of 1,500–1,900 MASL and steady rainfall that help cherries mature slowly and develop balanced sweetness. The region’s cool climate and mountainous landscape create ideal conditions for producing some of the best coffee Colombia offers. 

This lot comes through Cafenorte, a cooperative representing around 1,400 coffee-growing families across 12 municipalities in the region. With over 60 years of experience, Cafenorte supports producers through education, sustainability initiatives and quality-focused processing while creating long-term stability for farming communities.
