Where We Ship

We currently ship Canada-wide from our roastery in Abbotsford, BC.

Shipping Times

Orders are roasted and packed fresh.
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across Canada.

During busy periods, processing and shipping may be delayed.

Local Pickup

Prefer to grab your coffee in person? You can select free pickup at our café and roastery:

Your order will be ready within 1–2 business days and we’ll notify you when it’s available for pickup.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery from Langley to Chilliwack. If your address is within this area, the delivery option will appear automatically at checkout once you enter your shipping address. We aim to deliver locally on Tuesdays.

Damages

Aurora Roasters is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping once an order has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you need assistance, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
