We stand behind our coffee and our products and hope you love them. However, if you have any issues please refer to our returns and refunds policy below.
Coffee
Because coffee is a perishable product and roasted to order, all coffee sales are final. However, if you have any issue with your order or the quality of your coffee, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll try our best to make it right.
Merch & Equipment
Unused, unopened merchandise and brewing equipment may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
