Shipping Policy

We’re all about getting your order to you fresh and fast.

Shipping Days
We aim to ship all orders on Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed after our cut-off time may be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

Processing Time
Please allow up to 1 business day for us to process your order before it ships. Order placed after 9am will be processed the following day (excluding weekends and statutory holidays)

Delivery
Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times will depend on your location. We use reliable couriers to make sure your coffee arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Tracking
All shipped orders will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
