Cold Brew
Cold brew is a smooth, low-acid coffee made by steeping coarsely ground beans in cold or room-temperature water for an extended period. The outcome is a naturally sweet, mellow cup that’s perfect for iced coffee or refreshing drinks. The following recipe is designed specifically for use with a Toddy cold brew system, it should create a rich concentrate that can be diluted to taste.

340g
Grind Size
As coarse as possible

Fill
- Insert stopper into the bottom of the brewing container. Dampen the filter and place in the bottom.
- Add 250ml of water then 170g of ground coffee
- Slowly pour another 700ml of water over the grounds in a circular motion and wait 5 minutes.
